Fresh turmeric fingers can be crushed with a little milk and apply on face and body. pure saffron is widely used in traditional medicine products and skin care in India and the Middle East. Mixed with rose water, this mask nourishes and revitalizes the skin. These are simple products of plant origin skin care that can be made by anyone at home. However, extensive medicinal plants should not be attempted at home without a good knowledge of plants and their effects.
